Why am I seeing a text I did not send?

Seeing text I did not send

there is a text conversation on my iphone to one of my contacts that I did not send. The recipient said they received a blank message. Could someone have down this without my knowledge??

It's possible, if someone has access to your device. Is the message blank on your end as well?

More than likely someone sent a text without your knowledge. If you don't have a passcode set, I would recommend you lock down your phone.

Sounds like "send" was tapped my mistake, since no message was received. Do you see a message? Or is yours blank as well?
But wait...you can't bring up the send button with no text at all! You have to enter at least 1 character to get the send button. Odd!
