Why am I getting a "No voicemail" screen?

I have no access to my voicemail. I get a message screen that says "No Voicemail." I can't retrieve any messages, although I know I have some. I tried rebooting. Doesn't help.

Have you received Voicemails before? Is it set up? If so, how did you know you got any? Check with your carrier for assistance with Voicemails. Welcome to iMore!
