Who would have the ability to push a song to the front of a locked iPhone Screen?

Unless you force quit the Music App, the last song you played will show on the locked screen.

I hate it when this happens on my iPhone. It seems to happen randomly. There have been times when force quitting the Music App doesn't get rid of it. It's been my experience that doing a forced restart is the only way to get rid of it.
