Not getting it. My 12.9" pro is just what I need right now. Hubby may want to upgrade his Air though.

Anyone no how long this new iPad takes to charge?

iPads will generally take longer due to the size of the battery. Also be sure you're using the larger adapter that [probably] came with it, not the smaller iPhone adapter/wall plug.

Well looks like Best Buy will give me $60 for the aging iPad 2 and I can use BB store credit I can earn through a work program, so I'm definitely going to get one.

I always use the charger electronicscome with but just wondering if it took 3 hours or even longer or shorter.

It wouldn't surprise me to be 3 hours particularly if the battery was low. It's a much larger battery than the phone :) I haven't timed mine but I know it's longer.

Finally getting comfortable with the 2017 iPad. Just received and applied a Tech Armor Ballistic Glass screen protector, and I'm reusing my old iPad Air Smart Cover until more 2017 iPad cases are released (come on UAG!)

Did you happen to notice if the screen protector design is the same for the new one as it was for your Air?

Yes it's exactly the same. The protector I bought says it's for the iPad Air & Air 2 on the packaging, but fits the 2017 iPad perfect.

I think I will go head and purchase it. Been wanting an iPad for awhile. I was stuck between not wanting a mini and not wanting to pay iPad Pro price. This is looking like my happy medium

i'm about to pick a new ipad can any 1 tell is it good for business use...?

Define "business use"

It runs Office apps like Word and Excel, as well as the Google and iWork equivalent of those apps. Video conferencing apps like Skype are also great. Calendar, Task management apps, differing calculators of all kinds, Enterprise specific apps and MDM apps/software, encrypted email and messaging apps... it really depends on your field of business, but overall yes. The iPad is great for business use.

Just got IPad from Verizon Saturday. It is My first apple device. Really just wanted to check out IOS. Price was good. Am still getting used to it but am now wanting to get IPhone later in year. When everything else is paid off.
