Who actually turns off their iPhone?

I have owned every generation of iPhone to date and I rarely turned any of them off. I don't think you have too.

I've has my iPad for 2yrs and never turn it off. I just got my first iPhone4S in Nov. and I turned it off once just because lol. I don't plan on turning it off unless I'm in a situation that requires I do so, other than that it'll stay on "stand by" during the night, plus I rely on it for my daily alarm

I turn it on airplane mode overnight, and will restart every week. I only turn it completely off when I am installing a zagg. I also kill it dead most of the time for charging, so it'll be off then for a little while too.

Sure you can. Plug it in the charger and turn it off. It'll work.

This is bad for li-ion batteries. I turn my phone off about once every couple days, not for long, only about 30 minutes. The iPad doesn't get turned off too often though, maybe I will tonight.

I don't ever turn off my iPad either lol
