Which MacBook should I buy

I am an amateur photographer I already have an iPhone and an iPad

Probably a retina MacBook Pro 15" or 13", they have IPS screens. Airs are TNs. New MacBooks also have IPS screens but they're only 12" size and have weaker CPUs. Having a lot of ram (8 gb or more) would also be good.

Welcome to iMore! You would probably be best served by a Retina MacBook Pro. The Retina display will give you a better photorealistic image.
