Yep. It does everything I need it to do just fine.

Depends what you want from your calendar. For example the stock calendar is o.k but the fact that it shows dots only on different days as my appointments drives me mad. Gotta press each day separately to see do I have something there.
On some 3dt party calendars it's different as they give you the option to actually see what you have in each day. Instead of dots.

"Best" is so subjective. However, with that said, for me, it's Fantastical, hands down.
