Which iMac is WORTH UPGRADING..

2010 27" i3 or 2011 21" i5?
Both have 12GB of Ram. The upgrade is a SSD drive.

Out of the two you listed, I recommend the 2011 model.

I would wait a bit, once the apple silicon Macs are released you might get a better deal on intel based Macs.

I think it depends upon what you are expecting from the machine. I have a 21.5 2010 I3 and for web surfing ,etc it performs quite well. That 27 inch screen on that one makes me lean in that direction.
