Which email?

Over the years, I have streamed down considerably from multiple Gmail accounts.
Today I have one gmail, one yahoo and my iCloud address.
To be perfectly honest I never really used my iCloud address before, but now I'm thinking, since all my devices will be Apple, perhaps I should start?

I don't like gmail much, as a Google product, I feel iffy about privacy issues, but I've had it for a long time, it's connected to a lot of stuff.
Got the Yahoo not too long ago because I wanted to start shifting away from Google, so that's usually the account I use for online shopping and it's the email address I used for my Apple ID.

What are the advantages of the iCloud email address, if any?

Other than seamless integration with Apple products, nothing really, in my opinion.
