WHHL app on iPhone 4

Tried to download "Where Hip Hop Lives" app on an old iPhone 4 I had laying around the house just to listen to a New York hip hop station....come to find out its not available unless you have iOS 8 which the 4 does not support.....good thing there's still tunein and they have that station as well....(Hot 97).
