Where's the stock Weather App on the iPad Pro 9.7?

I can see the stock weather app using location services but for the life of me I can not find the actual app.
Anyone know where it is?

Thre isn't one. That setting is for the limited display of weather data in a few places in the OS that does that kind of thing.

As the guy above posted there is none. It sucks but I just used the weather channel app when I had an iPad.
