I asked about why I can't here the person.my question is.where is the volume button on FaceTime?

Use the volume buttons in the side of the device.

Make sure volume is turned up on the side of the phone, in the pull up control center, and in Settings > Sounds. Check all 3 places.

You might also go to Settings >General > Accessibility > Hearing Aids > Hearing Aid Mode > Toggle on . This may help the volume.
