Does the iphone 6 come with a voice recorder and where can i find it?

yes it does, its called Memo's or dictator (have to guess how its called in english).
the app has a white icon with a black soundwave on it.

I can also suggest geting HT recorder, that one has different settings for speech, recording a meeting, and a great setting for recording music. It also can upload the files to dropbox straight from the app.
