Where is the regular PayPal app for iPad?

For the life of me I can't find it, only PayPal here. What gives?

I think some companies/devs think it's going to be easier to just use the web site on a screen like the iPad vs a true mobile like the phone.

When you do your search, try changing the view from iPad only to iPhone only at the top. There is not an iPad specific version of that app.

I can't believe it's almost 2017 and PayPal does not have an APP compatible with the iPad.

The iPhone APP on the iPad is udder garbage, think I'm back in the 1970's
