Where is the default list in the reminders section?

cannot find default list in reminders section

I go to the reminders app on my iphone 4 (IOS 7) but there is then no default list so that I can change/add things

Hit the plus sign or look for LIST or PERSONAL or BUSINESS.

If the option is there in the setting like it is in iOS 9, do the following:

1. Go to Settings - Reminders.
2. Select "Default List" and make changes accordingly.
