Where is Airplay located on IOS 8.1.3

Since I've upgraded software, I noticed my Airplay is no longer on the screen when I pull it up. I see the airdrop icon, but Airplay icon isn't there.

Is there something close by that is capable of AirPlaying to? I believe you have to have something that's capable of being AirPlayed to before you see it in Control Panel.

Can confirm, AirPlay only shows up in control center if there is a device you can AirPlay to.

Its there... you have to be near something AirPlay can PLAY TO in order for your phone to show it as an option you can use.
