I have folders set up to sync with the iPhone via iTunes, but I don;t see where the pictures I take on the iPhone sync back to the PC. Photos go to the iPhone, but do not seem to come back to the PC. Is there a folder automatically set up? I am using a Windows Vista PC. Thanks.

The pictures you take with your iPhone do not automatically sync with your pc. You have to move or copy them manually using the method suggested in post #2.
