Where did the resize feature go to?

I am mortified to discover that I cannot export my images in a resized format. I used to like iPhoto, now I'm not so sure...

If you're using a Mac, you can resize and export using the preview app. I've done it without problems while resizing OS X Yosemite wallpaper pics for my iPhone 6 Plus/
