Can I use the apple app to check stock of the red iPhone or do I have to call the store?

I'm not aware of any stock check sites specifically for the Product Red edition iPhone. You can either call the nearest store(s) or use the Apple Store app if you currently have an iPhone.

Stock varies store to store. you would have to call the store and ask. They may not tell you an exact number though. They usually say either they have it or not.
