I upgraded my iCloud storage from 5GB to 20GB yesterday the 16th. When Apple sent me the receipt for .99 it said it was for the 50GB plan. My storage settings under iCloud still says I'm getting 20GB? Will it switch over at some point?

The new tiers do not bump the free tier ? it remains at 5 GB. However, for $0.99 per month you now get 50 GB of storage, up from 20 GB. The 200 GB plan is now cheaper at $2.99 and the 1 TB plan is now half the price at $9.99 per month.

Users should start seeing changes already.

As soon as I upgraded to iOS 9, my iCloud storage changed from 20GB to 50GB.
