When I'm on a site and leave a comment, why does it import my Facebook name?

I'm using an iphone 5 , my question is, when I'm on a site and leave a comment, why does it import my Facebook name? I had been having trouble with [redacted]server not working and went online to see if this was a general issue. I left a comment and was amazed to see my FB name be attributed to it. I have looked up people on FB using my iphone but do not have the app installed. I'm quite alarmed that this has happened. Does anyone know how to stop it please? Thank you

Have you signed into these sites using your FB profile which is usually a quick sign up option

To stop it you need to sign in to your FB account on the web then go to settings and deny access to this sites
