When I tap on friends name to get the location address, why does it comes up ex. 224-362 glen arbor ln ..?

when i tap on friends name to get location address comes up ex. 224-362 glen arbor ln ....

when tapping to get location on iphone find my friends location comes up (ex.) 224-362 glen arbor lane ...with city and state. does this mean they could be on phone, texting or playing games ???
