When I order stuff on amazon I get a email confirmation but I also get this

So then I look back at my orders and here not there and I order it again and it goes away and I get that email and I don't know what to do

It sounds to me like you need to contact Amazon and confirm your billing information. Just to be safe, you might want to call Amazon first and confirm that they actually sent you that email before responding with billing info, just to ensure it's not a phishing scam.

thanks I'll cal Amazon do you know there number? Or am I going crazy and it's on the paper? And it surely can't be a scam because it happens with my freind also every time we order something that comes up. So thanks for the feedback if you dont know the number I will search the web.

I agree with @Rob Phillips.

Contacting Amazon is going to be your best bet. I wouldn't click any email or link contained in that email just out of precaution. Contact Amazon directly from their website.

Look in the menu in the Amazon app for iOS. Go to customer service > contact us > phone
