When ever I try to go an 'Minecraft server java' it opens for a second and then closes itself

When I clicked on it the first time it worked and was running well, but now when I try and open it it just opens for a second and then closes itself. Ive tried shutting the I mac down and turning it on again but it does not work.

Can you help me please??

Is it compatible with your device or OS X version? Have you tried contacting the folks at Minecraft?
