What's your dream vacation

Recently, I have decided to have more experiences in my life. Concerts, sporting events. For example, I am going to the Indy 500 in May. But now, being in my mid 40's, there is plenty that I haven't done, and have decided to check some of those off the list. I have decided for my 50th birthday, I am taking a two week bike tour of New Zealand. I also want to see Ireland, Las Vegas, and Hawaii at some point. But, this New Zealand trip has me quite excited. Anyone else have that dream trip they want to take, and are making initial plans for it?
