What's the easiest way to get photos from my iPhone to my PC?

Having trouble with this. Not good with computer stuff. Want my photos from my camera on my PC, but not sure where to start.

I assume you are using a windows PC? There are instructions for copying photos off a device to a computer on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 - it's done outside of iTunes e.g. by the camera wizard on a Windows pc.
