What's the best way to wirelessly listen to the same iTunes account with your friend?

Me and my friend use a splitter to listen to the same iTunes playlists from my iPhone. But it seems like there must be a good wireless way to do that. Have you tested any of the wireless headphones that have sharing built in? Are there any wireless transmitters that can sent out Bluetooth to two headphones. We're into this enough we've been thinking about buying new headphones, but we don't want to waste money on something that doesn't work.

And no, a conventional speaker is not an option. (We have roommates who demand quiet.)
