What's the best Data Tracking App?

I just switched my plan to save money so I no longer have unlimited data

I'm looking for an app that monitors only carrier data use if there is one with alert

I use Wifi 80% of the time but want peace of mind when I'm camping and traveling

I went thru all 100 plus App Store offerings and ended up choosing Highrisedrifter's advice it's working well so far
