Whats a good video converter that lets me choose output file size?

Are you trying to rip a DVD for your iPhone/iPad? If so, I would recommend Handbrake if you have a Mac and Danusoft video converter for Windows.

see i have handbrake but didnt see an option to reduce the file size. Also its AVI conversion not ripping dvds. Got a ton ive already ripped and need to convert now.
