Whatapp incoming message delay in IOS 10.0.3

i bought iphone 7 plus last 2 weeks ago, using singapore M1 telco, encounter whatapp incoming message delayed, sometimes even no notifications until i go into the apps, anyone facing same problem here?

Hopefully, members who are experiencing this problem will reply soon as well as reply with a remedy. In the meantime, make sure you have the latest version of the app and don't hesitate to peruse the app's support site for answers.

For us it's actually the other way around, when I get a message on the group my android loving counterpart get's it sometimes minutes later.

Maybe also doublecheck the notifications settings for whatsapp to see if they are set the way you want. Or you can always try to reinstall whatsapp.

I have reset the network setting, reinstall the apps and yet the problem is persisting.. i am wondering what's going wrong??

iOS 9 with whatsapp have the same issue, message delay 5-10mn before been delivered, not all the time but most often. Now I thing it's whatsapp server issue and not the iOS or the application it self.
