Reasons you have returned an iPhone for a replacement

My camera wouldn't focus, & pictures were coming out very blurry. They replaced the camera, not really a return.

Had my 5S replaced because of the faulty sleep/power button...3GS was returned because I got the white model and it started turning yellow (second one never did, go figure). That's about it!

Returned a 5 because the back was scratched right out of the box. The replacement had a dead speaker on arrival. Apple took care of me. Gave me some free schwag. Apple stands by their products and backs us up. One of the best things about them.
