I am taking a Nursing Informatics course and working on a project evaluating the iPhone 6. I need to identify the specific type of RAM in the iPhone 6. I tried speaking with the online technical support from Apple but they couldn't help. Can anyone out there weigh in?

I know a few Nurses and none of them were concerned in the least during their studies nor in their upteachings as to what the memory in the iPhone was. I think the only person or persons that would be able to assist with that would be someone who trashed their device and can open it or Apple tech directly.
