what happens when you use all the menu space.. there are about six screens... i didn't see anything in the 3.0 update that addresses this issue. we need some type of folder system to put games, or apps in..

is there a third party app like this out there? or is one being worked on? right now, im taking off plenty of apps to make room, but i like to have a lot of apps and games when im traveling, so it does make a lot of difference for me..

You can have a total of 9 springboard pages on your phone.

The only way around this limitation is to jailbreak your phone then you can advantage of apps. like categories (as mentioned above), poof, quickgold etc.

I manage my apps like music, and only keep apps on I'm currently using, or that are important enough when I need them 1 or 2 times a month.

Everything else stays in iTunes. In a pinch, I can even download urgent apps again over 3G at no extra charge while out and about.

EG: If I'm not expecting a delivery, the FedEx app isn't on my iPhone...

Managing more than 6 pages of apps got too complicating for me so I got the Categories app and just threw all of my games in a folder, eliminating 2 pages. Then I threw my setting/diagnostics stuff into a settings folder, eliminating half a page. Then I threw a misc. stuff that I don't use much (such as youtube, fox, soundboxes) and another page gone. So Now I only have 3 pages lol. It's pretty handy i.m.o.
