What to do to remove the phone number still on my iphone ?

I bought a iphone 4 3 days ago. and turns out it is blacklisted. If I get the esn cleaned will that remove the phone number on the phone and if not what do I do to get service and make sure the phone is gone So I can get a new one ?

Do whatever you can to get your money back from the seller - even if it means calling police on them... you've been scammed. So-called ESN cleaning is yet another scam. Don't fall for it.
