What theme is this?

Ok.. I need help. I had a theme installed on 8.1 that I loved and completely forgot the name of it. I updated to 8.4 and JB and would love to use the theme again..
Can anyone look at this screenshot and tell me what theme it is?

I'm not sure of the theme i'll have to scour Cydia after work... the notification badges are ColorBadges tweak though.

yeah I got everything else back, but the theme. I can not for the life of me find it anywhere.

FINALLY found out what theme it was... Just happened to find an old screenshot of some of the cydia stuff I had installed and went down the list.

Its called: Minimal.iOS.8
