I'm thinking the 5s will come in 3 flavors (I'm being optimistic).
One in 32gb, 64gb and 128gb. I think the 5C will be available in either 8 or 16gb but there's no telling. I'm intrigued as to what Apple may do but not sure I'll buy one (which usually means I'll buy one)

If I were interested in purchasing the iPhone 5s, I'd probably buy the 32 GB version.

I'll probably get the 128 GB iPhone 5s once the unlocked version is available in Apple stores in Canada (or I might surprise myself and get the Nexus 5) but it all depend on what is announced on September 10th

I'm truly hoping for a 128GB version. I store all of my photos and videos on my phone and I am not a fan of cloud storage, at all. Heck I'd be tempted to throw my music on there too if it wasn't for Spotify. But even then, I would certainly now choose to keep all of my spotify playlists stored locally. I won't lie, if there is not a 128GB option after all of the chatter, I will be extremely disappointed.

I hope you're right. I'd love to get my usual 64GB for $299. That would be great :)

I don't think there will be any changes to the storage capacity offerings this time around...I thought initially that a 128GB version would be released, but I don't think that will come this time, especially after seeing how slowly the 64GB version was still selling since the release of the iPhone 5. Anything is possible, but i doubt it.

I am not so sure that Apple would offer 128GB of storage for the iPhone. I can see why they would offer it with a device like the iPad, though. That said, I currently have a 64GB iPhone 5 that I have only used 5GB on, therefore my next iPhone will more than likely be 32GB.

I went with a 16gb for my 4s, I initially bought a 16gb for my 5 but changed my mind against the white and then everything was sold out on preorder. I wound up with a 32gb for my 5 mainly because after it was released the 16gb was a month wait time and/or at the one store it was available at in my city they were forcing people to buy it as a bundle that included $200 worth of accessories of your choice lol so when there was only a 2 week wait for the 32gb online I bought it and it showed up 2 days later. I am not positive what I will buy with my 5s, I still haven't gone anywhere close to 32gb in the almost year I have had it but if I wound up sticking with the 5s for the full 2 years I would hate to risk running out of storage with the baseline model #firstworldproblems

If I get an iPhone 5s it will be 32GB like my 5. I'm still sitting at 20GB of free space I'm not a hardcore app user as you can tell.

I think id go for a 32 gig. That's what my iPhone right now has. Loving it. So fat all 1600 of my songs fit nicely in there and I'm able to still have 17 gigs left for whatever I want.

I do fine with 16 for my phone, it's my iPad that I always run out of space on, so I'll have to go higher when I upgrade it.

I have a question. With the price of memory, why doesn't Apple make it expandable ? You could have the luxury to choose what ever you want ? No ? You get an SD card the size you want. I have to say that it does bother me a bit the I have to choose between 16, 32 or 64 Gb.

I don't think we'll see SD cards in iPhones in the near future.
