After more than 15 years covering everything Apple, it’s with a heavy heart we announce that we will no longer be publishing new content on iMore and the iMore forums will be closing as of November 1st, 2024.
Heck, any song from the 70's reminds me of my childhood/teen years, but the song that stands out the most is "Forget Me Nots" by Patrice Rushin because that was the song my then-girlfriend sang to me prior to me leaving to join the Marine Corps. I instantly flash back to those days whenever I hear it.
I have satellite radio in the car and I LOVE the 70ies and 80ies stations, can listen to them all day! I'll usually check the other decades too (well maybe not the 40ies).
I would have to say "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" by BJ Thomas. I was born in 1969, and that was a number one single in 1969. It is the very first record I recall hearing my parents spin on their turntable when I was a baby. My mom still has the record.
