I'm about to reach the point where I ignore these goals. Since I bought an Apple Watch in June 2015, I have reached 34000 calories in a month two times. To get 34000 calories, I'd have to average about 1133 per day. So far today, I have run 6 miles and walked another 2, and I am at 978 calories. So even if I do that every day, I'll be short almost 5000 calories. :cant-watch:
