I want to get back to being active. My current goal is 5000 steps per day, but if I don't get enough sleep, I may have 200 or less!

Instead of tapping on cycle when you start a workout, try tapping on Open Goal. It seems to be a little bit more generous with certain workouts. My sister used Open Goal this winter when she was shoveling snow. She had tried to use Outdoor Walk which did not give her credit for shoveling. So the next it snowed, she used open goal and it worked a lot better for her.

My July challenge is to finish 23 workouts of 15 minutes or longer. Should succeed.

Side note. I did not realize everyone had a unique monthly challenge. Adds another layer of "cool" to the watch.

Quick question. My pedometer app somehow got activated, and while I was driving, recorded a 23.7 mile walk. Any idea how to remove this from my monthly total? I want the accomplishment, but I don’t want to cheat to get it.

Go into health app, locate the steps section, find the date and time it corresponds with your driving session and delete them.

I’m just not sure if this removes the steps for the award but it’s word give a try.

Do 28 workouts of at least 15 minutes. Definitely should happen and be done on July 28.

Now it won't happen, but on a technicality. I'll do the 28 workouts (probably 31), but, because I run intervals for most of my running workouts, and because my interval timer stopped working while I am away from home (where I have a spare), I've had to start using a third party app on my watch to record the interval workouts. And it seems that workouts using third party apps don't count toward this challenge.

I'm fine with it, but that seems pretty dumb to the people who are not fine with it.

Deleted the workout that showed up. Miles have been corrected. Luckily, it was with my pedometer app, not the native workout app.

I finished mine early also. Last week some time. I only had to close all 3 rings 17 times. So far in July I only missed 2 days.

I thought 16 move rings was going to be easy. Apparently I've been lazy and failed by this point :( Most days were probably missed by like 10-30 calories too. Oh well, guess we'll see what I get for August.

I've been able to walk every morning on the treadmill before work for a hour or more. I've had to start 2 hours later than normal because of west coast meetings but I still get up at 5:30 am.
