What is this weird symbol?

At the top of the screen I have that weird lock with a circle around it...anyone know what it is??

Your screen is locked in portrait view. If you double tap the home button, then scroll all the way to the left...the gray icon on the left is for screen rotation. If you press it, it should make that disappear.

It means you have slid the mute button (which since 4.3 is also the lock rotation button) from the unlock to the lock positioin. FYI this button is next to the volume control.

Well, I see screen is locked! Cool! Thanks!!!But I'm using some darn JB app so I can't seem to find a way to unlock portrait mode as ivybiznatch describes... any other way?
