What is this lockinfo icon?

If you mean the dot in the square in your status bar then it is an LI5 indicator that you have a notification to read, I think.

That's exactly what I mean and what I was assuming but I couldn't find anything anywhere.

even the statusbar icons were better with LI4 smh

Yep, it's a lockscreen notification. Just checked to make sure.
