What is the best way to dock an iphone to your TV?

What is the best docking option?
And how are the resolutions for the videos and movies ? Worth it?
Any suggestions?

Apple's universal docking station and component AV cable seem like a very pricey option but I'm willing to pay the price if it is the best option for quality.
