There is no best phone out there.
The best phone I personally owned and used was the HTC Desire with a ROM made by SU Root based on Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread) [just over 50MB!]. Since then, Android has lost favor with me. The privacy is lacking and becoming worse, it has become a bloated OS with bloat apps. The price attached to Android phones is also a farce.
