What iPad App Do You Recommend For Blurring Sections Of A Video?

Good day to you. I’m looking for an iPad app that will allow me to blur sensitive information that’s visible in screen capture videos. I’d prefer one that intuitive and easy to use. Whatever assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not an app but I just use the "draw" feature right on the screen capture and use the pen or highlighter to draw over the sensitive info. Works great and is built in.
