I cannot connect to WiFi on my phone and sometimes when the phone is low or I shut it off I don't have service on my phone for a while?

Try resetting your network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings (this clears all Wifi passwords). That should fix the Wifi issue, but if not then change the Wifi channel to one less populated.

As for not having service for awhile after the phone is turned back on, you may want to first try a factory reset. If that does not work then make an appointment with the Genius Bar at your local Apple store.
