What are the problems of enrolling with IOS 10 on iphone 5s

There shouldn't be any problems when enroll in Apple's Public Beta Program and installing iOS 10 on an iPhone 5S. My youngest son has an iPhone 5S and I've installed iOS 10 dev beta on it and it runs like a champ.
