Hello, I would like to make some space on my new Macbook (12 inch) but I don't just want to start deleting apps randomly. What apps are ok to safely remove without compromising other systems?

Welcome to iMore! I wouldn't mess with the stock apps if I were you. Apple doesn't really add bloatware that would needlessly be taking up storage space.
