I've been in my apartment now over a year. I miss sitting on my front porch listening to the birds and squirrels. All I hear on the balcony here 10 stories up is traffic and maybe some wind. However, I had over 70 trees in my yard, and I don't miss raking leaves.

I live on the 20th floor, however all I hear is cars, horns, buses and people I wish I did live in a quiet neighborhood outside of the city like upstate ny
