iMore Question

Hi. I am using iphone7. I was on the phone with someone, then all of a sudden he cut out for 5 seconds. When that happens they normally just pick up and I miss that part, but this time when the call came back I heard his voice but sped up to meet where he was taking in real time. Any ideas on what could have caused this? I am in Hawaii. Is this a network issue? Thinking of taking my phone to stores like TCAWireless or Apple stores. Should I visit? Don't know what's going on. It happened more than thrice, any suggestions?

Welcome to iMore! It sounds to me like a carrier issue but it’s hard to know for sure. How often is it happening? If it’s only happening every once in a while I’m not sure I’d spend too much time trying to resolve it.
You might want to try resetting your network settings to see if that resolves your issue. You can do so by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. The only downside to doing this is that you’ll have to re-enter any saved wifi passwords.

You might want to consider joining our forum as you seem to have plenty of issues. So that would be more convenient for everyone since you would be able to reply directly.

And yeah, after all that time (and advice from your friends, in your previous posts, according to you), go to TCAWireless (which I imagine is your carrier) as it might be a SIM cars issue.
