Weird IOS 7 bug / crash with wallpaper settings

Confirmed, each and every time. Brand new iPad Air with 7.0.4.

Just tried this. Yes, doing this made my iPad Air running iOS 7.0.4 crash instantly. It not make my iPhone 5S crash at all.

It does this on the rMini too.....but not my iPhone5.

Now that I have an iPad Air, I too can confirm it crashes on the Air ( and also on the rMini) - but not on iPhone 5.
